I've had a lot of requests for news lately. Unfortunately, there really has been no news at all to report since the last post. However, I did just get word from David about another glitch with the birth certificate (see below).
I'm actually not upset this time and feel a lot of peace about it. I just have a very strong feeling that this latest delay is part of God's overall design to make sure that Debora comes home when the timing is absolutely perfect!
Here's David's message from this morning:
I wish that I could be emailing you with better news, but the PGN found an error with Debora's birth certificate and can't sign her file until it is fixed. Today I drove to Taxisco to find that because the error was their fault, they have to send it to the central office. She told me to call on Friday to see if it was ready, and I hope and pray that they can somehow expedite the process. So it is technically still in PGN and it won't be out until we can get that birth certificate changed. We continue to pray for you guys and the adoption process trusting that God has a purpose in this all even though it is beyond our understanding.

Yes, I do believe with all my heart that it will. And I'm not saying that just to convince myself any more! :)
It is good to hear of the progress! Waiting on the Lord is so hard, but He is faithful! We still have challenges here, but--(see last note) He is FAITHFUL!
